Are you the one building on my land?
No, and we will never pretend to be. NPC Ground is a wholesaler. We put your property under contract and assign that contract to a builder or investor who closes on it. The money moves through a licensed title company, not us directly. Our name is never on the deed.
What kind of land do you buy?
Vacant lots, raw acreage, and building pads in select markets where new homes are actively going up. Because we line up a builder or investor before we make an offer, we only buy parcels we can confidently place.
